“How do you find these things?” asked Jules.
I hadn’t planned it, we were just mooching about looking for lunch when my internal GPS told me to head for San Roque.
And there it was; a ‘Food Van Festival’ with a live rock band loud enough for the O2.
All my life I’ve followed my instinct, and this week it rewarded me with Mexican Tacos, Ice Cold beer and a dodgy rendition of Hotel California.
Life’s never boring when you follow your gut.
