How to be the best in the world
In El Puerto de Santa Maria, you’ll find a tapas bar called Bar Vicente Los Pepes.
The man behind the bar is actually Vicente (the 3rd), and he’s the best in the world at what he does.
Of all the bars in town, this is the one we kept going back to because the man with his name over the door is all in; he’s 100% committed to his craft and to life itself.
It’s something we can all learn from; no matter what we do, whether it’s business, our job or life, we should give it everything we’ve got.
That’s how we can make our lives better; by going one step further each day.
We’ll leave being average to everyone else because we’re going to be the best in the world at being us. |

I remember my granny at Christmas having a tipple of Harveys Bristol Cream, and the stuff looked vile.
Little did I know that a few decades later, I’d be on my way to becoming an aficionado of Sherry.
Actually, that’s a bit of a stretch, but last week at the Osborne Bodega, I was getting quite the taste (and not for Harveys).
If you’re ever down this way near Cadiz, you MUST take time out to visit this fascinating place.
And on the road there, you’ll likely see a 14-meter-high bull peering down on you from a hilltop.
