The power of asking for help

I’ll confess, I was drowning this week, not by water but by workload. By Wednesday, I was in way over my head.

As Great Circle and ONE LIFE get busier, I didn’t realise how much I’ve been taking on myself.

So Jules worked her magic and got me delegating. And I reckon I’ve been more productive in the last 24 hours than I have all week.

I’m an idiot, I should have put my hand up weeks ago.

Asking for help doesn't make us weak; it makes us human. We all need a little assistance sometimes, and that's nothing to be ashamed of.

So don't hesitate to reach out to your friends, family, or even a professional if you need a hand. We're all in this thing called life together, and we're here to support each other. You got this! 🤗
