Welcome to ONE LIFE. These terms set out the rules for using our website, onelifers.com, and for booking and using our coaching services. By using the site or buying from us, you're agreeing to these terms, so it's worth a read.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means ONE LIFE, a brand of Great Circle Limited, a company registered in Jersey (No. 106878). "You" means anyone using the site or our services.

Using our website

You're welcome to browse onelifers.com for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the site in any way that's unlawful, that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it from time to time.

Our content and intellectual property

Everything on the site, including our writing, images, videos, logos and the ONE LIFE name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You're welcome to read it and share links to it, but you can't copy, reproduce or republish our content for your own commercial use without our written permission.

Our coaching services

ONE LIFE offers coaching for people thinking about a change in their lives, including discovery calls, one-to-one and couples coaching, and our in-person experience in Spain. The details, format and pricing of each offer are described on the site and at the point of booking.

An important note on what coaching is, and isn't. Our coaching is intended to support you in thinking through your goals and choices. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for professional help in any of those areas. If you're dealing with a health, legal or financial matter, please speak to a qualified professional. You stay responsible for your own decisions and actions.

On results. We bring real experience and we'll give you our honest best. What we can't do is guarantee a specific outcome, because that depends on your own circumstances, choices and effort. Anything we share about our own story or other people's experiences is shared as encouragement, not as a promise of similar results for you.

Bookings, payments and pricing

Bookings and payments for our paid offers are handled through our checkout provider, Kajabi, and payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Prices are shown at the point of booking. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, and if an obvious error appears, we'll let you know before taking payment rather than holding you to a mistake.

Where a service involves travel, dates or third-party costs (such as our in-person experience in Spain), the specific arrangements will be confirmed with you directly before you book.

Cancellations and refunds

Discovery calls. Discovery calls are free, and you can cancel or reschedule at any time. A little notice is appreciated so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Rescheduling a session. Life happens, and we get it. If you need to move a booked session, give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll gladly rearrange. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are treated as used and can't be refunded or rebooked.

Coaching sessions and bundles. Once a coaching programme or bundle has begun, the work is already under way, so it's non-refundable from that point. If you've paid for a bundle and not yet started, you can request a refund for the unused sessions within 14 days of purchase, less any session already delivered and any payment-processing fee. We'd always rather talk it through first, so get in touch and we'll find a fair way forward.

The in-person experience in Spain. Because this involves fixed dates and costs we commit to in advance, it has its own terms:

  • A deposit of 25% confirms your place and is non-refundable.

  • Cancel 60 or more days before the start date and we'll refund everything you've paid beyond the deposit.

  • Cancel between 30 and 59 days before and we'll refund 50% of the balance.

  • Cancel fewer than 30 days before and the balance is non-refundable, though we'll do our best to move you to a future date.

We strongly recommend arranging your own travel insurance to cover anything outside our control.

If we need to cancel. If we ever have to cancel a session or experience, we'll offer you a new date or a full refund of anything paid for that booking, whichever suits you.

Your statutory rights. Nothing here affects any cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where you've bought a service online and asked us to start it straight away, those rights may be reduced once the service is under way.

Discovery calls

A discovery call is a free, no-obligation conversation to see whether we're a good fit. There's no commitment to buy anything, and we won't pressure you. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so.

Links to other sites

Our site and our content may link to other websites, including YouTube and our social channels. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't run, and a link doesn't mean we endorse everything on them.

Your conduct

If you take part in our coaching, comment on our content, or contact us, we ask that you do so respectfully. We reserve the right to decline or end a working relationship where someone is abusive, or where our values and theirs simply don't line up.

Our liability

We provide our website and services in good faith and to a professional standard. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that arises from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on our coaching, beyond what the law requires of us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
