Back in 2020, I had everything that looked like success on paper: the salary, the holidays, the restaurants. My body told a different story. When my doctor warned me I was headed for a heart attack or stroke if nothing changed, I finally heard what mattered. I was living for weekends and holidays. In May 2020, Andy and I moved to southern Spain and I walked away from corporate life altogether. Now I help other people over 50 who are trapped in the same way, because I know exactly how it feels and I know the way out. -

In 2002, I was done with the desk, the politics, the trading hours for a paycheck that never felt like enough. I started building online businesses instead, and that decision opened up everything. For the last 20+ years, I've run my businesses from a laptop, travelling the world, and never once looked back at the corporate machine. When Jules quit her job in 2020, we moved to southern Spain and built a life that actually works for us. Now, as co-founder of ONE LIFE, I help other people over 50 do the same thing:
